Shipping Policy

Salt Creek Hemp ships USPS ground unless otherwise requested. Additional fees for express shipping apply. Although many orders may ship out same day, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 4-7 business days for shipping*.

In the unlikely event that a package is lost in transit, Salt Creek Hemp will not be held responsible if the package is reported ‘delivered’ through the tracking system.

*Please be aware that the United States Postal Service occasionally experiences extended delays. Sometimes it is due to a holiday, sometimes weather, and sometimes for no apparent or explainable reason at all.  Salt Creek Hemp appreciates your understanding that once an order is shipped, there is little to nothing we can do about the time it takes to reach it’s final destination, wherever that may end up being. We do our very best to track shipments and notify customers in the event of an extended delay.

If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by a customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us.

If a package is deemed defective or damaged, Salt Creek Hemp must be notified within 3 days of delivery. If we are not made aware of damage within three days, will will understand that the package was delivered in good condition.
